Meet Fredrica - Our Inside Sales Representative for Brake system och Industry friction
Fredrica grew up north of Karlstad and spent her study years in various parts of Värmland. Before joining us at Rydahls, she had a diverse professional background, with experiences in the hotel industry, healthcare and social care, as well as administrative roles. She also worked with finance and accounting and ran a gym business. In addition, she runs a small agricultural operation alongside her work here.
In her current role at Rydahls, Fredrica works as an inside sales representative within brake systems. Her workdays are filled with order processing, administrative tasks, purchasing, and handling supplier queries. She appreciates the opportunity to learn new things and values her personal development highly. Although she has worked independently before, she enjoys being part of our team.
Fredrica is an extroverted person who describes herself as goal-oriented, driven, and positive. Besides her work, she has a passion for fitness. She has also been a horse enthusiast since childhood and loves animals and nature. She is active in hunting, motorcycle riding, and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Her strength lies in communication and leading discussions, and if she could choose a superpower at work, she would choose to clone herself to become even more productive. When asked which animal she would like to be in the office, she chose a work ant - never giving up is part of her work ethic!
